New Tenancy Deposit Scheme is Coming to Scotland

This is something we should not forget if we are involved in the letting business in Scotland. A Tenancy Deposit Scheme will be introduced in Scotland and probably this year. Obviously, the elections may get in the way of this but whichever party gets in is likely to go ahead with a scheme of some sort. They say it will be better than the ones in England which are causing so many problems for landlords but it sounds very similar to us.
